Since the day we walked into Nancy's office we knew we were in the right hands.  She helped us find the perfect house with patience and dedication.  As first time buyers, she took the time to explain step by step the process of buying a house.  We are so grateful that we picked her to be our real estate agent.  She never took advantage of our inexperience and she made everything work out perfectly to our needs.  We are more than happy with the outcome and highly recommend her services.  Thank you very much Nancy.

As a young, single, first-time home buyer with limited income, purchasing a home originally seemed like a daunting, if not impossible task. Luckily, Ms. Nancy Fowler, my real estate agent, possesses the expertise, skills and drive to help me buy a great home in Virginia Beach.  Nancy worked day and night with me to help me narrow my choices.  She was always available to answer any questions, and she was very flexible when it came time to actually look at homes. Nancy always went above and beyond by researching homes and making sure all important information was always relayed to me.  She spent countless hours comparing prices, property values, checking neighborhood trends, etc.  It was very obvious that Nancy was a professional who genuinely enjoyed her job; she seemed just as excited about the purchase as I did, and she was always making sure that I was taken care of.  Most of all, despite her immense expertise in the field of real estate, Nancy was personable, down to earth, and extremely honest.  Anyone looking to buy or sell owes it to themselves to seriously consider Nancy as their real estate agent.  If I ever decide to sell or invest in other properties, there is only one real estate agent I want to have on my side:  Nancy Fowler.

Nancy was the answer to our prayers!  We needed to sell our home quickly to meet our growing family's needs.  Nancy was able to make that happen in less than a week in a market that wasn't so favorable for sellers.  She gave us sound advice on how to best show our home, and did what was necessary to make selling our home a reality.  Nancy negotiated terms for our sale and purchase of our new home, in a professional yet very personal manner and made us feel like we were her top priority!  In the end, we had the results we wanted and couldn't have asked for a better, more professional agent to handle the details.  We recommend Nancy without hesitation for all your real estate needs!

Nancy was the perfect Realtor for our needs! I came upon our perfect home by accident, just visiting an Open House and met Nancy.  Having no intention of buying or selling a house at the time, Nancy walked us through the buying and selling process and was very patient throughout the entire procedure. She went the extra mile to help solve the little problems that came from selling our home so quickly and unexpectedly.  She made the process as painless as possible!

I had decided that Rose and Womble best represents Kings Grant and wanted to choose one of their Realtors.  Trying to keep abreast of the market during the time we tried to sell our house by ourselves I met Nancy, as well as many other realtors, as she held open houses and I felt comfortable with her.  She was informative but not pushy.  After listing with her, and our house hitting the MLS, a contract came within 3 days with a quick closing date!  Nancy was helpful throughout the negotiations and closing process which ensued.
