Debbie Harbour is a lifelong Tidewater resident with over 20 yrs of real estate sales experience. She was raised in a military family, is married to a military retiree and she herself is a retiree from the U.S. Naval Hospital. Debbie understands the Military family life of moves and transfers and works well in helping the Military member and their beneficiaries through the process.

Debbie’s an active member of her community working through the Women’s Division Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce-Chesapeake, Chesapeake Newcomer's Club, Great Bridge Baptist Church , the Portsmouth Boat Club and The Parrot Head Club of Tidewater where she actively supports the American Cancer Relay for Life, Alzheimer’s Association, Southeastern Virginia Chapter, Special Olympics and the Southeastern Food Bank.
She and her husband, Ed enjoy golfing, sailing, and motorcycling but always has time for her clients.
